Coconut Innovation
Covico, an acronym for Coconut Visionary Company, was created to be the premier source for coconut raw materials around the world. Knowing that coconut is the most sustainable of all food products, it has been our focus for two decades to build production technologies and supply chains with the treasures that the coconut palm tree provides to mankind. We have traveled extensively throughout India, Brazil, Indonesia, and the Philippines to align with farmers, build factories, and enter joint ventures.
In 2008, with an understanding of logistical difficulties, manufacturing complexities, and storage concerns that liquid coconut products present, we were the first to launch a Coconut Water Powder. Since then, we have added coconut milk, coconut nectar, and coconut oil production facilities. With worldwide distribution, our customers, from multinational CPG companies to entrepreneurs, are enjoying our innovative and great tasting products.
